Dan Healy is a mad genius.
This fileset, and all other 16/44.1 filesets I plan to upload in my first run through my masters is sourced from a 24/88.2 transfer and is "seamless" AND tailored for CD burning.
The fade tracks,
( in2gd84-12-28s2t03fade and out1gd84-12-28s2t04fade )
are labeled to indicate their "position" for CDR burning and to stay out of the way for seamless play from HD or ( gulp ) conversion to mp3. At least I think you don't need the fades for mp3 - I'm just guessing.
A parallel 24/96 transfer also was archived.
Enjoy this folks, I did. More to follow...
