notes:
On the original recording, the polarity of one channel was opposite relative to the other channel.
I inverted one channel, so that the two would channels would be in the same relative phase.

technical notes:
There is a very minor drop-out at [04:01] in "Runaway Jim".
This was present in the original master WAV file.
It sounds like a *very* minor blip, and isn't really very noticeable.
