This is a sweet, sweet, source. The sound is really bright, the vocals are crisp, and their is good instrument balance and separation. Usually not a fan of the B&K, but this is a stellar recording. Never heard the Pepsi Center sound this good. Props to the tapers. |

03/03/2003 | Ryan Boone | Nutter is a complete pro, thanx got out for another awesome seed to the great guys at Sonic Sense. This is a sweat sweat recording that is as good as any from the tour. I usually prefer Schoeps to B&K but not in this case. Too bad i don't have a 24 bit 96kHz sound card to enjoy this masterpice in its most sinfully dleightful form.
03/03/2003 | Dr. Klovernutz | Incredible sounding show. 1 minor flaw, the first few notes of Walls of the Cave is on the end of Lawn Boy, this is annoying since Walls of the Cave is track 1 on disc 2.
09/25/2003 | twatts | I prefer this source to the Neumann source. Nice bass-ful source, but the highsare crisper. But they are very close - both are very very very good. Props to Marc Nutter - shop his store: Sonic Sense for your taping gear - hear your potential results here... |
