tracking note:
I chose to put the acoustic portion of Set II on the end of Disc 2.  If you want, you can end Disc 2 with The Squirming Coil,
and have Disc 3 be Waste through Weekapaug Groove.  It'll fit either way, and it's entirely up to you how you want to burn
the audio CD's.  Actually, if you put the acoustic stuff at the start of Disc 3, then Discs 2 & 3 will be more equally divided
in terms of total length.  But I felt the acoustic stuff flowed better after the beautiful Page solo to end Squirming Coil,
so I chose to keep it with Disc 2, even though it made for uneven disc lengths.  Do whatever works best for you.
Either way, Disc 4 will be the entire Set III.
