08/13/2001 | chris l. | not to be a jerk, but there's no reason to extract the shn's and then re-shn just to generate distinct md5's for each disc - just edit the master md5 using a simple text editor like notepad. it is very intersting that the md5's for each individual file don't match the original md5's - i have noticed that this can happen when re-shn'ing a wav file and i have no explanation for this. | |
12/10/2001 | Charles | The md5s differ because the original SHNs were seekable, while the reshn set is not. There is a Shorten option in mkwACT so that multiple listins of the same seed are not created. | |
