Matt Xavier I was half way between the stage and the soundboard, DFC, for this show which I remember to be quite interesting. Garcia seemed to wipe tears from his face (or maybe it was dust?) after a very emotional version of Shining Star to open the second set. He poured his soul into that song on this day. HE played a new song to my ears, the Maker which I loved immediately. The crowd was over excited. Listenting to the tape it sounds like a cocktail party. Some People were too chatty and not paying attention to the show
