Andy Magnes My first KW experience. We were so hammered to start the show, we thought (as well as many people in the crowd) that Martin Sexton, the opener, was Keller. Sexton played real well, and one of my friends actually left afterwards (sucks for her) but Keller was incredible. Shakedown Street and Terrapin were both long, windy, and soulful. Natural Woman was a ballsy thing for any man to play, and Keller's normal staples were very good to hear. As my friend always puts it, "Keller can't fill stadiums...he is the ULTIMATE guy in the corner playing guitar." He doesn't need to play stadium rock to pack shows, but I agree that his sound can't fill a stadium. That being said, a Keller show isn't the same unless you're close enough to see the "Mad Professor" at work. I was directly between Lou and Keller at this show so it worked out (compared to Bonnaroo where I couldn't see shit).
