The Nevinsrip Basement Tapes is back with another of John Juergensen's wonderful compilations. John has taken every song played on the Born In The US tour and put them in alphabetical order. This time I convinced John to keep track of the shows where the songs came from. This should keep the gods of DIME happy. There is one exception in this collection. Here is Johns' quote : "Alas, my quest for a version of every song on every tour has failed. Bruce played Rave On on September 7, 1984 in the encores, but there seems to be no circulating audio from the last third of the show. So, in its place, I used a version of Rave On from The River Tour. Close enough under the circumstances."

Originally broadcast in 1984, this special features concert and interview footage filmed during Bruce's stand at The Spectrum in Philadelphia. Interviewing Bruce is well known fan David Hepworth. Features possibly the most entertaining 8 minutes of Bruce footage you're likely to see... Bonus footage: 60 minutes of Born In The USA era news footage, covering subjects such as the release of Live 75-85, job losses at the 3M plant in New Jersey, Bruce's support of local foodbanks and more besides. Includes footage from Washington and Cleveland shows in 1985.

Yes, it's another live Nebraska compilation. So what's the point? A highlight of the arena leg of the Born In The USA tour would be the "Nebraska set", three or four songs from Nebraska played acoustically (apart from Atlantic City). E Street Records' "Nebraska Live" showcased these sets and placed them in track order to recreate the Nebraska album in a live setting. Nebraska Live has long been one of my favourite bootlegs, this CD takes the same idea and updates it utilising newly released sources and remasters. Nearly 100 songs were eventually whittled down to the 14 used, and are taken from the very best recordings I could find. Tracks 1,2,4-7, 9-11 from Erno remasters of Markp masters Tracks 3, 14 from Markp masters Tracks 8, 13 from Crystal Cat's Alpine Valley Night Track 12 from E Street Records' Sugarland
