J-Card Comment:

This is a new recording of the Amsterdam LoveTown show, different from the recording Amsterdam XXX LoveTown. I have seen people consistently rate this version higher, but I think that is mainly because there is much less audience noise and, to be honest, probably just because it is a newer recording so people feel obligated to rate it higher to justify it (just my theory). While it is an excellent, above par, recording with a nice mix and low audience noise, it does not sound as good as the other version at FLOM, which is almost as good as the 1/10/90 recording. "God Part II" begins edited in a second or two, otherwise this is a complete show, clocking in just over 72 minutes. This is, by the way, the show where Bono's range died, and the B.B. King encore went unplayed, resulting in this show being free. It was later "made up" to fans with the four shows in Rotterdam a few weeks later. The bottom line: if you don't mind a few bad singers and a sometimes loud audience noise, go with the other recording, this one is definitely not as good in my opinion. This is from a D3 master and includes a full version of "Hawkmoon 269."

Only flaw I noticed was maybe a second of digi noise in Desire.
