He has steadily been producing great albums for the past 30 years, and his concerts are extraordinary events. This sold out show in Santa Cruz was no exception. The crowd was fired up and Spear feeded off of its energy. I've never seen the Catalyst in such a frenzy after the encore was finished and the lights came on. The crowd cheered for several minutes for a second encore but no such luck. Still, an amazing evening of reggae! Keep The Spear Burning!
